Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking an experienced attorney with three(3) to six(6) years of litigation experience to join our Orlando team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for the candidate to handle a variety of cases including premises and retail liability, amusement park liability, auto liability, rideshare liability, and commercial trucking cases for our Fortune 500 clients. This team works as a unit and the ideal candidate is one who thrives in a collaborative environment. The candidate’s cases will range from moderate exposure matters to catastrophic losses, including fatalities. It is expected that the candidate will be able to effectively manage cases from inception to trial with support from other attorneys, paralegals and administrative staff. Past trial experience is a plus.
The right candidate will have the ability to work proactively and creatively. Strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills are valued at this firm.
